Spice Goddess in Regina to share tricks for making healthy Indian dishes

REGINA -- Bal Arneson is sure to spice things up in the Queen City this weekend. She is the Spice Goddess, after all.

Bal Arneson, host of Spice Goddess, which airs on Food Network Canada and on The Cooking Channel in the U.S., will be in Regina Sept. 24 for an Indian supper night hosted by the India Canada Association of Saskatchewan.
